Red Pepper & Lemongrass Chutney

A lovely, sweet chutney with just a hint of lemongrass. The flavour just bursts on your tongue and is an instant yum!

Naturally good with cheese, lovely to have with sausages. Why not add to your pasta for an instant dish, no need to chop any vegetables, just add a spoonful or two and warm through with your pasta. I am all for making food preparation easy!

Ingredients: Onion, Red Peppers, Tomatoes, Sugar, White Wine Vinegar (preservative Sodium metabisulphites), Sultanas, Olive Oil, Lemon Grass, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Allspice, Mace, Nutmeg.
